Shipping policy

Please allow the following processing and shipping times:

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders will be processed and shipped within up to 7 business days.
Custom Orders: Custom-made items require 21–30 business days for processing and shipment.
All Other Orders: Orders not classified as ready-to-ship or custom will be processed and shipped within 21 business days.
Pre-Orders: All pre-orders have a different eta please check the description box on PO bows for eta. EXAMPLE Spring satins: ETA April.
TAT: Turn around time calculations do NOT include weekends (Friday-Sunday) and Holidays. Business days are Monday-Thursday.

Shipping timelines begin once payment has been successfully processed.
