Because each bow is handmade, we take great care in creating and packaging every order. However, if you receive a damaged bow, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damaged Items

If your bow arrives damaged:

  • Please reach out to our team within a reasonable timeframe

  • Provide clear photos of the damage

  • Once photos are reviewed and approved, we will remake the bow and send a replacement at no additional cost
